WorldVia PRO - Send Agent Password Reset Email

How to send an agent a WorldVia PRO password reset

If an agent is having trouble logging into WorldVia PRO using the forgot password option, you can assist using the steps below.

 

As a note, before using these steps be sure to confirm:

- The email address the agent is using

- That the password reset email isn't in their spam folder

 -That they actually have a WorldVia PRO account already

  • Click on your Admin button to take you to the back-office of WorldVia PRO
  • Click Manage Users from the left menu panel
  • Search the user by typing their name in the user search bar
  • Once on the agent's WorldVia PRO account, click Admin within their account and click Generate Password Reset Token

 

This will send an email to support@worldvia.com that includes a password reset link. 

  • Copy and paste the reset link into the WorldVia PRO Password Reset canned response. 
  • Please edit the password link text to say: WorldVia PRO Password Reset
  • Send it to the agent and resolve it accordingly
