      WorldVia PRO - Review Profile Photo

      When members upload their profile picture, we will get a ticket to approve or deny their photo. 

      Here is where you can find the photo - Photo Guidelines

       

      1. Log into PRO
      2. Click the Admin View
      3. Click Manage Users
      4. Find the user who uploaded the photo
      5. Click on their account
      6. You will see an Approve or Decline option on their photo
        1. If the photo follows the guidelines, you can approve it
        2. If the photo does not follow the guidelines, you can decline it
      7. Click Update so the user record gets updated and a notification is sent to the member

      Ticket Status: Closed
