WorldVia PRO - Plan Changes To Individual or Growth

When an agent changes their plan in WorldVia PRO, we will receive two notifications of an upgrade or downgrade on their plan. Examples of these two tickets are 582565 and 582564; They are called Member Plan Changed: Agent Name and the other is called "Your Travel Quest Network Member Plan Change: Agent Name"

 

When you receive this ticket, edit the ticket properties to reflect the agent as the contact and ensure the agent has not changed plans within the last 12 months. Merge the Your Travel Quest Network Member Plan Change: Agent Name into the Member Plan Changed: Agent Name. Whoever receives the "Member Plan Changed" ticket should complete the plan change according to the following steps.

 

TRAMS - Outside Rate on the "General" tab for the Agent Profile

 

If you don't have access to TRAMS, please add a note to the ticket, asking someone with access to update the Trams portion.

  • Individual - 70.00
  • Growth - 90.00

 

TRAMS - Search one of the following in the Group/Batch field and click “Add” for agents on the Individual or Growth plans. This is for their Agent Profile only in TRAMS

  • The GROUP CODE for Individual is: TQIND 
  • The GROUP CODE for Growth is: TQGRO 
  • The GROUP CODE for Team is: TQTEA  

 

Once you have completed the updates, please add a note to the ticket stating the following: 

Ticket Type - Account: Membership Plan Change
Status - Resolve
