WorldVia PRO - Plan Changes To Enterprise Plan

Stripe

  • Locate the agent's account in Stripe using their email address from their WorldVia PRO account.
  • Cancel the current plan subscription, choosing the option to refund the prorated amount.
  • Add Enterprise Plan subscription, charging their default card for the first month of the Enterprise plan.

 

 
Freshdesk - Plan, Recognition Group, and Recognition level

 

Enterprise Plan:

Contract Type - Team Leader (Lead Agent)

Company Type - Multi-Agent Agency

Plan - Enterprise

 

 

Please see the screenshot below to see where to update this information in Freshdesk.

 

TRAMS - Outside Rate on the "General" tab for the Agent Profile

 

  • Enterprise: 90.00 or higher based on their sales amount.
  • On the Groups tab, add the TQENT group

 

 

 

Freshdesk - Remove The Agent's Freshdesk Icon If Needed

 

  • Locate the agent's profile in Freshdesk
  • Click Edit in the top left corner
  • Click Remove in the edit window
  • Click Save in the bottom right corner of the edit window

 

WorldVia PRO

 

  • Update plan and permission role to Enterprise and leave the GEM status as is.

 

Once you have completed the updates, email the agent, letting them know that their plan change has been completed. 

Please add a private note to the ticket stating the following: 

 

"Updated the following:
 
Stripe - Canceled old plan subscription and added subscription for Enterprise plan
Freshdesk - Plan
TRAMS -  Outside Rate on the "General" tab for the Agent Profile

Freshdesk - Freshdesk Icon

WorldVia PRO -, Permission Role, and Membership Plan"

 

Ticket Type - Account -- Membership Plan Change
Status - Resolved
