When we get a voicemail from a Travel Partner, most of the time we are unable to call them back because the callback numbers are usually a call center.
Follow these steps below:
1. Listen to the Voicemail
2. Get the confirmation number or some identifier of the trip
3. In Commission Manager, do a search based on the identifier and find the agent whose booking it is.
4. Forward the voicemail ticket to the agent writing a few notes about the what the voicemail contains
5. If no booking can be found, the ticket can be closed
