VAX - Adding A Logo

  1. When an agent request comes in to add their agency logo to Vax, Funjet, etc.… for their email quotes, reply with the canned response in Freshdesk l "Logo on VAX".  See the example below.
  2. Once the email is received from the agent in the exact format requested below, forward the email to VAX using this address vaxlogo@vaxvacationaccess.com
  3. Let the agent know that it has been submitted and that you will let them know once you are notified it has been completed.
  4. VAX will send Travel Quest support an email once it's been completed.  Forward the email to the agent and close the ticket.

In order to submit your logo for VAX, I need you to send me an email in the following format (see instructions below): 
 

Submitting Unique Agency Logos for Specific Agents

(Individual logos applied to specific agents under the same agency number)

Email subject line:   Agency Logo – Specific Agents

Include the following in the email:

 VAX Agency Number  (IATA)

Agent user name(s) (Agent user names are listed in Member Services > Manage Users)

 Attach the logo to the email

 Logo must be at least 260 pixels wide by 80 tall

 Logo must be in an acceptable image file format: .jpg .png .eps .psd .tif

** Use the following naming convention for your logo: AgencyNumber_User_Name.jpg

12345678_Mike_Smith.jpg

12345678_Johnny.png

12345678_54321.tiff
