When you receive a ticket titled "Uploaded all documents", follow these instructions.
1. Update the ticket details to reflect the agent's account.
2. Check that the agent has all of the following documents in their WorldVia PRO account and Documents folder:
- Background Check Authorization
- Performance Guaranty
- Bank Authorization
- EIN Letter (Growth Plan and higher)
- Article of Organization/State Registration (Growth Plan and higher)
- W9 (Individual Plan)
3. Check to ensure the bank form information is listed in their Trams Agent Profile.
4. Once all of this information has been confirmed, close the ticket.
