Updating the Air Table

  1. First, you must receive the email which gets sent every morning at 5 am from Support (Subject: Travel Quest IC Data Export)
  2. Open the file and sort the issue date by oldest to newest (column A)
  3. Now go to the AutoSupplier Email Excel and look to see what was the last date in column A.
  4. Whatever the last date was, we are going to pull data for one date prior. (if the last date was the 10th, we are going to pull starting from the 9th)
  5. Take the desired date from the AutoSupplier Email Excel and find it on the IC Data Export email.
  6. Copy columns A-H and all the rows below the starting date
  7. Paste the data into the Auto Supplier Excel at the correct starting point (Only columns A-H will be full)
  8. Next, drag the columns I-L to the end of the sheet. This will copy the sheet.
