**If an agent needs to reset their password first make sure they are active, if not activate them and advise them to follow these steps.
1. Click on "Password Recovery" on the login page
2. A new window will open. Enter their username
3. Keep that page open to paste the token for the email that will come from Travelport
4. The email comes quickly, they may need to check their SPAM folder. The subject line reads "Your Password Recovery Request".
5. Copy and paste the token and create a new password.
**If an agent says they are not getting the email when they choose password reset, advise them to look in their spam/junk folder. If it is not there try changing their email address in TPC&T to a Gmail or Yahoo email to see if they get that way. If not, you will need to create a support ticket with TPC&T.
- Log into the Revelex website as support@tqagents.com. This information is saved in LastPass.
- You may get an error to reset the password but in the upper right corner you'll see a ghost and that means you are logged in.
3. Click on Issues at the top of the page and you'll see under "Recent Issues"- "Agent exists in system". Click on that one.
4. Click on the "More" tab and select "Clone"
5. You will see the screen below. Remove the word "CLONE" from the subject line and select "Create".
6. Click in the Description to edit and update to your current case and then select "Save".
7. The reply message from TPC&T will come into support@tqagents.com from TPC&T Jira/Revelex Support
