Agents
- When looking for an agent's profile in Trams click on the Profiles tab at the top and then Query.
- Click on the dropdown next to name and choose Contains
- Type in the agent's name. If the agent is an individual agent under type you should see an Agent account and a Corporate account. If they are a sub-agent you will see both of these accounts and see their lead agent's name in ( ) after their name. If it is a lead agent's account you will see their accounts and then those of their sub-agents.
- Click on the agent account for the agent you are looking for and select view on the right (or double click on the highlighted line).
- On the general tab, you will see the agent’s name, their Interface ID, and the outside rate which is the plan they are on.
- The communications tab is their phone number and email address and is where this information would be updated if needed.
- The payment info tab is their bank account information. If an agent is asking what account they have on file this is where you will find the last four digits of the account. It is also where we would update the information when a ticket to update bank information is received.
- The Default Rates tab is where you will find the commission amount an agent receives on Domestic and International Air.
Suppliers
- To look up a supplier in Trams
- Click on the profile tab at the top
- Click on the dropdown next to name and choose Contains
- Type in the supplier's name. You should find their vendor account. If you get a message saying the vendor does not exist would you like to create a new vendor click no. Try searching on part of the supplier's name in case it was entered differently.
- If you still get a message saying the vendor does not exist would you like to create a new vendor click no. This vendor is not currently in our system.
- If you find the vendor you will be able to tell from this main screen if they show in Commission manager by checking to see if they are in Grasp (under group) and if they have a category (hotel, tour, car, cruise, rail) under Travel Categories.
