Training User Visibility

Training status users have completed the welcome, identity, and live tour sections of the launchpad, but have not completed all of the launchpad or the post-launchpad requirements.

Training status users have a limited view inside WorldVia PRO. The details for what they can and cannot view are below.

    • Education
    • Calendar
    • Account Info
      • Includes all account info pages, including the future launch checklist page
    • Help page
  • Hidden
    • Agency Booking Phone Number + IATA in the footer and on the help page
      • Completely hidden
    • Suppliers + Booking
      • Keep the main navigation item, but instead of the dropdown text, display text that says, “Please complete your account activation to access this content.” and a link back to Launchpad.
    • Marketing
      • Keep the main navigation item, but instead of the dropdown text, display text that says, “Please complete your account activation to access this content.” and a link back to Launchpad.
    • Apps
      • Keep the main navigation item, but instead of the dropdown text, display text that says, “Please complete your account activation to access this content.” and a link back to Launchpad.
    • App Settings
      • Completely hidden
