If we send a termination letter to someone who is on a "Free" plan:
- Jumpstart
- TQ50
- TQ70
They do have the option of not being terminated. We do allow them to continue their membership. They will not be allowed to do so on the same free plan. They will need to switch over to one of our new plans. All our current membership plans can be found here travelquestnetwork.com/plans
If they are already in PRO:
Please guide them on how to switch their plan through PRO.
- Click Profile from the left-side menu.
- Click Account
- They should see the option to manage their plan
- From here, they can select any of the plans they wish to be on

We understand you requested not to have your account terminated. We can keep your account active with us; however, you will need to switch to one of our new plans. Your current Jumpstart plan is no longer an active membership plan with us.
Please process a plan change from your PRO profile page. You can click Profile from the left side menu and then account to view the plan change option."
If they are not in PRO:
They can sign on any of the new plans we have
- Ask them to visit travelquestnetwork.com/plans
- Select any of the plans that are on this page
- Follow through the same New Agent Process that actual new agents go through
