Suspended Member Card Updated and Membership Fee Paid

When we get these tickets, we have a simple process. 

  1. Associate the ticket with the member
    1. Copy the email address from the email body
    2. Click add in the top right corner under "Contacts"
    3. Paste the email address to search for the member
    4. Click "Next" and then "Save"
  2. Close the ticket
