To retry a failed payment in Stripe, follow the instructions below:
**Complete this while you're on the phone with the Agent**
- Find the agent's profile using the email address listed on their WorldVia PRO account.
- Once you're on the agent's customer profile in Stripe, you will be able to see their most recent failed payment.
- Be sure that the correct card is listed as the default payment method.
- Scroll down to the invoices listed on the customer's page and click on the failed invoice
- On the following screen, click Retry charge.

Once that charge is successful, update their WorldVia PRO account status to active.
