Royal Caribbean/CruisingPower Approval

  1. Go to Keeper and type in CruisingPower and select the TQSupport login.
  2. Click on the the little profile icon at the top right of the page and select Modify Agent Access.
  3. You will see the agents at the top requesting approval. Check HubSpot if they are active. We are looking to see if they are marked as "Customer" and Account Status is "active"
  4. Click the box to the left of the name and then click on the boxes under Espresso, Travel Documentation, and Reservation Insights.

     

  5. Go to the bottom of the page and click on Save Changes.
  6. Set ticket status as Closed
  7. Category should be Approval
  8. Sub-Category should be Supplier
