If we can't find the commission in Trams.
- Please email rwsupport@rccl.com with all the information about the booking. (Booking date, confirmation #, total amount, and total commission)
- She will reply with information regarding the payment.
- If she replies saying it has yet to be paid out, we can inform the member and close the ticket.
- If she replies saying we were paid and gives payment details, we can try to research the payment, or we can add a note to accounting (Angie & Tyrina) to see if they can view details about the payment.
- They will find the payment and let us know where they kept it so we can pay it out. They will most likely put it into MIA so we can claim it from there - MIA Claim
