Plan Purchased (Not Customer Yet) - Follow Up Process

To assist the new sign-ups in completing their part of the signup process in a reasonable amount of time, please use the timeline below for follow-up calls:

Day 0

We will receive a plan purchase confirmation email when a new agent purchases their plan. The agent will receive an automated email that will alert them to complete the three items needed to become a  full-access customer 

Day 7

If they're still in the Plan Purchased (Not Customer Yet) stage, they’ll get a reminder email to complete their sign-up.

Day 14

If they're still in the Plan Purchased (Not Customer Yet) stage, they’ll get a reminder email to complete their sign-up.

Call the agent to see if they are in need of assistance with the signup process or if they are waiting on any documentation. Notate the timeline spreadsheet with any pertinent details after the call.

Day 21

If they're still in the Plan Purchased (Not Customer Yet) stage, they’ll get a reminder email to complete their sign-up.

Day 30

If they're still in the Plan Purchased (Not Customer Yet) stage, they’ll get a reminder email to complete their sign-up.
