If the agent who received the termination notice is deciding to reactivate their account on the Starter or Executive plans, please complete the following steps and make the following updates:
- Save their documents to their Agents Document folder
- Agency Owner Verification
- EIN Letter
- Articles of Organization
- Update their TRAMS accounts to reflect their new rate
- Starter: 50.00
- Executive: 90.00
- Update their banking information
- Remove any previous plan groups from their TRAMS account
- Add new plan group on the Group tab of their Agent Profile in TRAMS:
- Starter: TQNST
- Executive: TQNEX
- Update Freshdesk to reflect the new plan, recognition level, GEM Status, and remove the plan icon
- Starter: Recognition Level = 1, GEM Status = Crystal, Recognition Group = Introductory
- Executive: Recognition Level = 6, GEM Status = Opal, Recognition Group = Professional
- Once the above steps are completed, note the Termination Email ticket with the following:
"Moved to Starter Plan-
TRAMS Updated
- Freshdesk Updated
- WorldVia PRO Account Updated/Approved"
