Plan Change - Reactivation for Terminated Accounts

If the agent who received the termination notice is deciding to reactivate their account on the Starter or Executive plans, please complete the following steps and make the following updates:

  • Save their documents to their Agents Document folder
    • Agency Owner Verification
    • EIN Letter
    • Articles of Organization
  • Update their TRAMS accounts to reflect their new rate
    • Starter: 50.00
    • Executive: 90.00
  • Update their banking information
  • Remove any previous plan groups from their TRAMS account
  • Add new plan group on the Group tab of their Agent Profile in TRAMS:
    • Starter: TQNST
    • Executive: TQNEX
  • Update Freshdesk to reflect the new plan, recognition level, GEM Status, and remove the plan icon
    • Starter: Recognition Level = 1, GEM Status = Crystal, Recognition Group = Introductory
    • Executive: Recognition Level = 6, GEM Status = Opal, Recognition Group = Professional
  • Once the above steps are completed, note the Termination Email ticket with the following:
    "Moved to Starter Plan
    • TRAMS Updated
    • Freshdesk Updated
    • WorldVia PRO Account Updated/Approved"
