Checking both the Outlook and Microsoft Spam/Junk folders daily is important to make sure that we do not have any actual tickets getting caught up in them. There are two folders that need to be checked.
Outlook Support Box
- In outlook click on your name in the upper right corner.
- In the dropdown choose Open another mailbox
- Type in support and choose Travel Quest Support click on open
- Open the Junk Email file on the left
- Go through and mark any emails from our members as not junk. This will release them to the support mailbox.
- Delete the remaining junk emails.
Microsoft
- Open Microsoft Edge
- Paste in https://protection.office.com//quarantine and login as support, Password: WKjzc593
- You should go right to the quarantine page, if not click on the
in the upper right corner and select Quarantine-Security & Compliance
- For junk messages, click on the message and then the 3 dots next to View message headers at the top right.
- Choose Block Sender and then block on the bottom and then done.
- Once complete go back to the 3 dots and choose Delete from quarantine and then Continue.
- This will delete the message.
- For messages that are not junk, click on the message, go to the 3 dots, and select release message. This will send it into the support mailbox.
