Any commission inquiries related to a group can be sent directly to groupadmin@ncl.com. Provide them all the details about the booking (Booking date, confirmation #, total amount, and total commission))
Individual FIT commission inquiries can be submitted right through Norwegian Central, https://norwegiancentral.ncl.com by going directly to the commission form folder under the gray connect column.
- Once we get a reply from them
- If they reply saying it has yet to be paid out, we can inform the member and close the ticket.
- If they reply saying we were paid and gives payment details, we can try to research the payment, or we can add a note to accounting (Angie & Tyrina) to see if they can view details about the payment.
- They will find the payment and let us know where they kept it so we can pay it out. They will most likely put it into MIA so we can claim it from there - MIA Claim
