There could be many reasons why a member would ask for their signed agreement. The most common is for the FL SOT.
We do not have the agreement and signed page on one doc so we need to send the following to the member.

We send them this link which takes them to the actual agreement - https://worldvia.pro/pro-proagreement

We have to go into their folder in Sharepoint and send them the pdf of their Performance Guaranty
Send this information using the Member Signed Agreement canned response. It already houses the link, you will need to add the attachment of the signed Performance Guaranty.
If the agent is not in WorldVia PRO - please send them their original contract which can also be found in their Sharepoint folder.
