These instructions are used when an advisor asks for verification on Travel Quest Network affiliation, this could be for a request from a travel partner/supplier, or other various reasons.
- Search for the advisor in HubSpot to verify an active membership status.
- Send the initial 1st response to let the member know we are working on it.

NOTE: If a member sends a request for Employment Verification, this should be sent with your First Response. I noticed your subject line or request mentioned "Employment Letter," so I just wanted to clarify that your status with WorldVia Travel Network is as an Independent Contractor, not an employee. The Verification letter will confirm your affiliation with WorldVia Travel Network.
We should not just send the Verification Letter when they ask for employment verification. We are not their employer; they're Independent Contractors.

- Add the Category "Account" and the sub-category of "Approval Letter".
- Verify the Member's Activation Date by using the following sheet - True Activation Date
- If the member is not on that sheet, we can go with the date in HubSpot
- If the member's date on the sheet is different than HubSpot, please update HubSpot with the correct date and mark columns D & E in the excel.
- Make sure you press "Save" after each update in HubSpot
- Use the information in the advisor's profile to update the Word document below:
- After the document is updated to reflect the advisor's information.
- Attach the letter to a note on the ticket and assign it to Relia in Open status for her signature.
- Relia will sign and convert the Word document to a PDF and send it to the member. The format saved should be as below (Verification Letter—Advisor Name).
