Member Success - Non-Members Calling

We might get non-members call into our phone queue. We at Member Success are designated to help our existing members and we have a few external team that can help with non-members. 

Customer calls in for their agent: If we get a call from a customer, we want to guide them to their agent. We can first ask them if they know who their agent is. Name, email, etc. Anything we can use to look them up in FD. If not, we can ask if they have their booking number; we can use their booking number to research it and see if we can figure out who the agent is. 

Non-Member calls about becoming an agent: If we get a call from a potential customer we can take down their information such as name, phone, and email. Once we get that information, let them know that we will have Jonathon call them back as he is our Membership Sales Person. 

Supplier Calling: If we get a supplier calling to speak with Joshua we can direct them to his email. Joshua@worldvia.com
