The Launchpad is the steps prospective members take to become full members. It predicates the Launch Sequence. Members are taken to the launchpad after they complete checkout from worldviatravelnetwork.com/plans page.

After members complete the Live Tour registration step in the Launchpad, they will have Training status UNTIL
They complete the Launchpad steps
They attend a Live Tour orientation session (Abhinay)
AND their background check is run and approved (Mariah)
AND they complete the Passport Course: Launch Sequence
Launchpad
Welcome
Includes list of Launchpad Checklist steps. When a step is complete, the text on the Welcome page will turn green and there will be a check next to it.

Identity
Verify Identity
Verified through stripe.
Members cannot move on to Background Check Authorization until they complete the stripe verification and are approved.
If stripe verification is failed, an automatic email will be sent to support@worldvia.com with "New Member Stripe Verification Failed: [FIRST NAME] [LAST NAME]" subject line.
Support will reach out to the member to let them know the next steps. If the member thinks it's a mistake, they can try again in the Launchpad.
Background Check Authorization
Background check is not run until Agreements Step is complete.
Triggers an automatic email to member with copy of the document.
Members cannot move on to Live Tour until they complete the authorization form.
Live Tour
This step encourages the member to sign up for a Live Tour orientation session.
Next button becomes available after link to register is clicked. We do not currently have a way to verify that users attended the Live Tour.
Company Docs
Includes a video from Jason explaining the documents.
Upload W2
Only available for Individual Plan members.
Required.
Upload Entity Certificate of Formation
Visible for all plans except Individual Plan.
Triggers an automatic email to member with copy of the document.
Users can skip for now and upload it on their account page.
Members will not receive a commission payment until all launchpad documents are uploaded. They check checkbox acknowledging this when they skip a step.

Agreements
Performance Guaranty: Member Agreement
Once user clicks Save, they will need to check box with the text below. Then they can sign and click next.
I, [NAME], agree and understand that all electronic signatures are the legal equivalent of my manual/handwritten signature, that I intend to sign and agree to this agreement, and I consent to be legally bound to this agreement.

Banking
This is the account information we will use to pay members commission. If they want to change the credit card they use for their membership payments, they have to change that in their profile in WorldVia PRO.
Once user clicks Save, they will need to check box with the text below. Then they can sign and click next. If they already signed the other agreement, their signature will carry over.

Triggers an automatic email to member welcoming them to t Network anWorldVia Travel explaining they are still waiting for their background check.
Once all 5 documents and stripe verification are complete, support@worldvia.com will receive an email with subject line "Signed Member Agreement Document: [DOCUMENT NAME]" to begin background check. After background check is process, if approved (and if Live Tour requirement is complete), agency services will manually change the user’s status from training to active.
Another automatic email will trigger to members when their status changes from Training to Active.
