Karisma GIVC Certificates

If you receive any Karisma GIVC Certificate requests from agents you will need to forward the ticket to Cesar Briceno and cc Celeste.

You will need to get the following information from the ticket and put it in the body of the email:  Agent name, booking number, resort, lead guest name, date of travel, 1st choice, and 2nd choice.

Date of Travel:

1st Choice:

2nd Choice: 

 

Once the ticket has been sent you will need to send a note to Celeste with the ticket number.

Mark the ticket as Waiting on Supplier

Once Cesar responds with a certificate you will send the certificate to the agent by replying to the ticket and Resolve the ticket.
