When we get a ticket, and we need assistance from another team, please follow the steps below.
- Set Ticket Status Waiting on Internal Teams
- Set Internal Agent to whoever you need assistance from
- Click Update
- Add a note and @ the person so they can get a dual reminder to look at the ticket
We must followup every 4 hours till we get a response from them. If we have followed up twice already and we still have no response, please escalate to Relia.
