Internal Agent/ Need Help From Another Team

When we get a ticket, and we need assistance from another team, please follow the steps below. 

  1. Set Ticket Status Waiting on Internal Teams
  2. Set Internal Agent to whoever you need assistance from
  3. Click Update
  4. Add a note and @ the person so they can get a dual reminder to look at the ticket

We must followup every 4 hours till we get a response from them. If we have followed up twice already and we still have no response, please escalate to Relia.
