Ordered an IATAN card? Now what:
- Respond to the agent’s IATAN form ticket letting them know you renewed their card.
- Mark on Xcel sheet “Using App”.andclose the ticket.
- If they are having a physical card mailed, send the canned response asking to confirm their mailing address. Once they confirmed assign to Relia as Waiting on Vendor. Mark on Xcel ship to (agent’s name) and highlight the space.
