Search for "FIX" and select the one that says "FIX - No Plan"
Click the view so you see the contacts in that list
Skip all the employee and test accounts
Select a contact record from the list
You will need to find the same contact in PRO
Log into PRO
Click "Admin"
Hover your mouse over Users and then click "Manage Users"
Search for the user in PRO
Click on their name to pull up their user record
Under the Profile Tab
Find HubSpot ID
You will need to see if this HubSpot ID matches what is in HubSpot
The number in this field
The number in the url of HubSpot
If these are different, it means that you are looking at a duplicate account that will need to be merged.
Change the number in the url to reflect what is in PRO and click enter
Now you will be at the correct profile
Click "Actions" in the top-right next to their name
Click "Merge"
Type the name of the agent and you will see one that is greyed out (the one you are on - primary, and another one that is available to click (this is the incorrect one)
Click the one available to click and then press "Merge"
The page will refresh and now the contact has been merged.
Check - repeat steps 2-6 and you will see their name has been removed from the list.
