HubSpot Fixes - Customer with No Associated Company

  1. Log into HubSpot
  2. Click Contacts and then Contacts again
  3. Click "Add view" in the right corner
  4. Search for "FIX" and select the one that says "FIX - Customer with No Associated Company"
  5. Click the view so you see the contacts in that list
  6. Skip all the employee and test accounts
  7. These contacts might be duplicates. Please check if there is another contact that can be merged before continuing to the next step
  8. Select a contact record from the list
  9. You will need to find this member in PRO.
  10. Search for the member in PRO and click the contact record. 
  11. You can view the company name under their account tab
  12. From the Agent's PRO page, click Add next to Company in the top right corner
  13. When the add screen opens, click Create New
  14. Copy the company name from the Agent's PRO account and enter it into the Company Name field in HubSpot

  15. Once you enter the company name into the Company Name field, leave everything else blank, scroll down and click "Create"
  16. Once you click Create, HubSpot will take you to the agent's company contact page. To get back to the agent's HubSpot profile page, click their name in the top right corner 
  17. This member will fall off the list.
