- Log into HubSpot
- Click Contacts and then Contacts again
- Click "Add view" in the right corner
- Search for "FIX" and select the one that says "FIX - Customer No Activation Date"
- Click the view so you see the contacts in that list
- Skip all the employee and test accounts
- These contacts might be duplicates. Please check if there is another contact that can be merged before continuing to the next step
- Select a contact record from the list
- You will need to find this member in Freshdesk.
- Search for the member in Freshdesk and click the contact record.
- Click "Show more"
- Find the Start Date
- Fill this date into "Account Activation Date" under the Account Information section
- Click "Save"
- This member will fall off the list
