When an inquiry is sent in we follow this process to do an initial search for their commission payment.
- Copy the confirmation number and paste the Ticket/Confirmation # in TRAMS. Paste the confirmation/ticket number and make sure the drop-down box says "Contains" (highlighted parts).
- After you have pasted the confirmation number in click query
- Once you click query it will take a few moments. All the invoices with that confirmation number will pull up. Make sure to check the date, invoice number, and the traveler’s name when you find the booking because a few can pull up under the same confirmation number.
- If the confirmation number does not bring up anything you should use check using the invoice number or the traveler’s last name.
**If nothing comes up with any of these make sure that the member/agent has invoiced them.
- If the confirmation number or name does not pull up anything and the member has included a check number use the check number to see if we have received this payment
