If you need to reach out to the supplier on behalf of our members you should first, try to email them.
- In WorldVia Pro there is the Supplier Source. Most of the information for the supplier is here and is correct.
- When you click on the link it will bring up all the Suppliers that WorldVia uses. You will see diamonds beside some of the suppliers’ names. Those are the strategic travel partners or preferred travel partners. They are in alphabetical order
- Click on the supplier that you are looking for the contact information. The person’s name, phone number, and email will come up. Make sure to copy the email address (Ctrl V)
- When you have that information, you will go back to your ticket. At the top of the page, you will see Forward.
- Next you will paste the email address that you copied from the Supplier Source
- Type the message to the supplier. You can use the canned response "Commission Inquiry to Vendor" Make sure to include the inquiry information and as much information as you can for the supplier. Hit send
- Once you have sent the email to the supplier make sure to update the member/agent that you have reached out to the supplier. Put the ticket in waiting on vendor. You will normally get a reply back with in a day sometime it could be the same day.
