      Grasp - Editin Weekly Report (Editing Interface ID)

      1. In Last Pass search Grasp. Select “Grasp Report TEP” and log in 
      2. Under Reports select “Schedules” 
      3. Search for and find the new agent. Select “Add/Edit Batch Report”, the pencil. Or use search feature. 
      4. Select Edit again 
      5. Click on the Filters Tab at the top. Under “Data Filter 1” there will be a value (agent interface id) already listed. Select that value and remove it by hitting the “X” button 
      6. Search the Interface ID of the new agent. Select it and click the green plus button. It will add it into the values. Do not force type the interface ID, it should populate in the drop down choices and you must click on it from the drop down options and then click the + to add it. 
      7. Select “Save” and “Save” again.
