Log into the Travel Quest Network Facebook account.
On the left-hand side you will see Moderator Tools.
Member Requests: Click on to open and view the member's name and email address. Search in FreshDesk to confirm the member is active and has answered all the questions.
If not, you can Decline with Feedback.
If Active but didn’t answer, select “Didn’t answer questions”.
If Non-Active select Other and type out “Thank you for requesting to join. This group is for Active WorldVia Travel Network agents. Once you are Active, please request to join and we will approve you. We are excited to have you.”
If a member has not taken the Passport course for FB do not admit them. Only admit them if they joined before 11/15. Suggested response: Thank you requesting to join our private Facebook Group. However, it is required to take the short Facebook Passport course before requesting to join. If you could complete the course and reapply, we will be welcome to have you. Thank you!
Moderation Alerts: Check to see if there are any alerts. If so, review alerts to ensure they don’t violate any rules. If they don’t you can select ignore and it will be published to the group.
Potential Spam: Check to see if anything has been flagged for Spam. If so, review what has been flagged. If doesn’t violate the group rules select publish and it will be published to the group.
