When the agent says they already have an Expedia TAAP Account, follow the steps below.

Respond to the agent using the “Canned Response Expedia | With Existing TAAP Account Under Different Agency.”

If the agent chooses to Transfer the Existing Expedia account, make sure to get all the information before sending Expedia Support the email. 

  • Previous Agency Name
  • Previous Tracking Code (Located on your profile once you log into your account)
  • Do you have any active bookings under this account? (If they have active bookings suggest downloading all their bookings to an Excel Spreadsheet so they have all the information since they cannot see this reservation once the account transfer is complete.
     

After receiving all this information from the agent.You will email Expedia Support using the Canned Response “To Expedia- Transfer Account.”
