Here's what to do if you attempt to create an Expedia TAAP account for an agent, but receive an error notification stating that an account already exists:
- Confirm with the agent that they already have an account
- Let the agent know that you are reaching out to Expedia's support to have their account moved over to Travel Quest Network
- Send the "To Expedia - Transfer Account" canned response email to support@expedia-agents.com

When the switch has been completed, Expedia's support will reply with further action.
