      E & O - Insurance Policy Details (Errors and Omissions)

      • Travel Agents Professional Liability Coverage, also known as Errors and Omissions Coverage, protects your agency in the event a client sues you for an alleged error or omission relative to travel services your agency provides and may defray the legal costs and provides payment for some judgments entered against your agency.

      • There are many exclusions as to what is covered so read your policy carefully

      • WorldVia Travel Network carries an aggregate policy of a maximum of $2 million/year and a deductible of $5000/incident.  This covers all WorldVia Travel Network agents so there is the possibility that if the $2 million has been met a claim may not be covered. 

      • The Independent travel agency that submits the claim is responsible for the payment of the applicable deductible.

      • WorldVia Travel Network encourages all members to get their own E & O policy.
