Disney Vendor Payments

**Disney won't research commission a year after checkout**

1. Get to Disney Vendor Payments in LastPass
2. Login using the LastPass saved password
   1. The system will prompt you to enter an authentication code (sent to accounting@travelquestnetwork.com)
   2. And answer a security question (all answers saved in LastPass notes)
3. Click "Search Invoices by Payment Status"
4. Use the simple search if you have the information
5. Or you can filter through the table to find what you are looking for
6. Looking for "Payment Amount"

TIPS for Searching

1. Use the filter button to select search parameters
2. Invoice Number & Contains (Input the ticket/confirmation number)
3. Use the "Remittance Text" box, put the agent's name in here

To Find payment in Trams

1. In Trams, Click Payments > Query > Payment

2. Go to the advanced tab of the Payments Screen

3. Search for the total payment amount

4. If you double-click the payment, you will see the payment details.
