Deactivation Process (12/23/24) AS

Lead/Individual Agent Cancellations

  1. If you receive a ticket with the subject: "Cancellation Request." 
  2. The ticket will assign to Abhinay
  3. Abhinay will send the canned response: "Agent Membership Cancellation"
  4. Abhinay will create a task to deactivate in 30 days.
  5. At 30 days, the ticket generation needs to be completed. Here is the link to do so - Ticket Generation Form (If lead agent: make sure to process tickets for all subs also).

 

Associate Advisor Cancellations

  1. We will get a cancellation request from the Associate Advisor or Lead.
  2. Abhinay will generate the deactivation tickets immediately, there is no 30-day notice for Associate Advisors.

 

Associate Agency Cancellations

  1. Cancellation Request will be submitted
  2. Assign to Abhinay
  3. Abhinay will double check with Terry on Associate Agency canceling. 
  4. If true, generate tickets on the date they requested the cancellation. There is no 30-day notice for these types of accounts

 

Terminations (Non-Activity)

We go through every month and check any member on our free plans and check to see if they have any booking activity in the last 12 months. 

  1. Farris generates this report and sends it out by the 20th of every month. 
  2. Relia creates the letters for these people and gives it to Alissa for Joshua to sign them by the 22nd of the month.
  3. Abhinay creates the list in HubSpot and send an email to the list by the 22nd of the month.
  4. We give these members 30-day notice. They will be terminated on the 25th-27th of the following month. 
  5. Abhinay will process the terminations on the appropriate date, these deactivations are to be complete same day. 

 

If a member decides that they wish not to be terminated. They will need to switch to a paid plan which can be found at worldviatravelnetwork.com/plans
