If an agent makes a booking using our IATA number the booking has to stay with WorldVia Travel Network. If the agent moves to another host agency, all the payments that are pending will be paid to the agent once the payment has arrived and processed by Travel Quest.
After leaving Travel Quest if an agent makes a booking using WorldVia Travel Network's credentials the same rule applies. There is no reason a booking should leave WorldVia Travel Network and it is against our policy.
Please escalate this issue to your team lead if an agent keeps pushing.
