Commission Manager - Password Reset Instructions

To reset a password for an agent in Commission Manager 

  1. Link the ticket to the agent using the email address that is in the ticket text. 
  2. Add the canned response to your ticket AP-Commission Manager password reset. 
  3. You will then need to go to the Grasp login page found here Commission Manager Login
  4. Use Keeper (admin@tqagents.com) to fill in the password. The agency id for the commission manager is 32.
  5. Click on User Admin to access our agent's accounts. You can now do a search by using control F and entering their first name.  
  6. Once you have the agent's account you will need to click on the edit button on the same line as their name appears. When their account opens check again to make sure the name at the top of the page is correct.
  7. Click on Reset Password and enter Travel24! This will be their temporary password.
  8. At the bottom of the page click the box next to User must change the password on next logon.  When the agent first logs in this will take them to a page to reset their password.
  9. Click Update
  10. You can now go back to your ticket enter their username and send and set it as resolved.
  11. The ticket type can be Supplier: Login/Password and the status as resolved.
