      Carnival Cruise Lines - Pending Approval

      1. Log into goccl.com using LastPass
      2. Press "View Profile" 
      3. From the left side menu, press "Pending Requests"
      4. Cross the check names and email addresses that you see here with the information in Freshdesk
        1. We want to make sure the name and email match
      5. If they match - you can approve the agent and close the ticket. Type: Approval: Supplier Site
      6. If they do not match - please escalate the ticket to the team lead
