Carnival Cruise Line - Reactivating a User

If you need to reactivate a user in GOCCL. 

1. Log into goccl.com using LastPass
2. Press "View Profile" 
3. Click "Manage Agents" from the left side menu
4. Type the Agent's Name in the search bar
5. Click "Edit Profile" on the Agent's row
6. Change "Access Level" to Agent
7. Click Update Profile at the bottom

This user is now reactivated again
