Carnival Cruise Line Commission Research

  1. Login into Carnival GoCCL Navigator
  2. Under Booked Clients, under FunShip Pay. Go to Payment Options. 
  3. Enter the Booking number. 
  4. After the search results appear, click on the Booking number. 
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the Booking Information page for the Commission Amount.
  6. Once we confirm, we have not been paid for this booking.
  7. Reach out to tpanici@carnival.com
    1. If they reply saying it has yet to be paid out, we can inform the member and close the ticket. 
    2. If they reply saying we were paid and gives payment details, we can try to research the payment, or we can add a note to accounting (Angie & Tyrina) to see if they can view details about the payment.
      1. They will find the payment and let us know where they kept it so we can pay it out. They will most likely put it into MIA so we can claim it from there - MIA Claim
