      Can't Find Payment in Trams? What Next

      When an inquiry is sent in or an agent calls over the phone to look for a missing commission

        Supplier Type Vendor/Supplier Contact/Steps
        Cruise Royal Caribbean 1. Email Jessica/Robin at rwsupport@rccl.com and ask for payment details. Include confirmation number
          Carnival Cruise Line Go to LastPass. Go to Carnival GoCCL Navigator. Booked Clients, Payments, FunShip Pay. Go to Payment Options. Enter Booking number. Click on Booking number. Scroll to the bottom of the Booking Information page for the Commission Amount.

        Any commission inquiries related to a group can be sent directly to groupadmin@ncl.com 

        Individual FIT commission inquiries can be submitted right through Norwegian Central,  https://norwegiancentral.ncl.com by going directly to the commission form folder under the gray connect column.
