Booking Support Specialist Notification - MS

If you're in a chat, phone call, or email with an agent that requires assistance from the Booking Supplier Specialist Team, please follow the process below to notify them:

Chat

  1. Turn the chat into a ticket
  2. Set the ticket owner to Katrina or Abhinay
  3. Add a note on the ticket, outlining why you're sending the ticket over to them

Email/Ticket

  1. If the ticket has information that you're using to assist the agent, create a new ticket with the details of what's needed from Booking Support as a note
    1. Set the ticket owner as Katrina or Abhinay
  2. If the ticket requires no assistance from Member Success, send the ticket over to Booking Support
    1. Set the ticket owner as Katrina or Abhinay

Phone Call

  1. Create a new ticket with the details of what's needed from Booking Support as a note
  2. Set the ticket owner to Katrina or Abhinay
