Booking Support Specialist Notification - MS
If you're in a chat, phone call, or email with an agent that requires assistance from the Booking Supplier Specialist Team, please follow the process below to notify them:
Chat
- Turn the chat into a ticket
- Set the ticket owner to Katrina or Abhinay
- Add a note on the ticket, outlining why you're sending the ticket over to them
Email/Ticket
- If the ticket has information that you're using to assist the agent, create a new ticket with the details of what's needed from Booking Support as a note
- Set the ticket owner as Katrina or Abhinay
- If the ticket requires no assistance from Member Success, send the ticket over to Booking Support
- Set the ticket owner as Katrina or Abhinay
Phone Call
- Create a new ticket with the details of what's needed from Booking Support as a note
- Set the ticket owner to Katrina or Abhinay
Please do not send requests via Teams to Booking Support.
