      Agents - With Same Or Similar Names

      We have a handful of agents with the same or similar names (ex. Cindy AnderSON  and Cindy AnderSEN). 

      We are taking proactive actions to help these agents and us.

      1. Give them a call and let them know about the funny situation. If they don't answer leave a voicemail and send an email. See the example below.

        Hi Jill,

        I called and left you a message earlier. We actually have two agents with basically your same name now! We are just trying to get ahead of any confusion and reaching out in regards to it.

        When you are working with vendors make sure if you are telling them your name and confirming they are putting under the correct agent by your email. If you don't they may assume it's the other Jill and it could get listed under the wrong agent. The last reminder is to make sure to stay on top of invoicing right away. We don't want the accounting department accidentally mixing it up either and if you invoice right after putting down a deposit there should be no worries!

      2. Trams and CB: Agents with similar names will have a * after their name and exact names will have a *1 or *2 next to their name in both the Agent and Corporate profile

      3. Invoice Box: will have star * if similar or if exact names *1 or *2 after their name  https://outlook.office.com/people/invoicing@tqagents.com/

      4. Hubspot will have star * if similar or if exact names *1 or *2 after their name
      5. FRESHDESK NEEDS TO REFLECT IT TOO

      6. Here is a running list of these names we try to keep updated
