When you receive a Cruise Giveaway Entry ticket, follow the process below:
**An official giveaway entry has to have "Additional Bio Cruise" as the subject line and it may or may not have any information in the body of the email**
- Send a message to Abhinay, Amy, or Mariah with the agents email address asking them to check the number of displayed additional bios on their Agent Profiler.
- If the agent has the correct amount of additional bios displayed, send them the "Cruise Giveaway Entry Response" canned response; Ticket Type - Marketing: Campaigns + Promotions; Ticket Status - Resolved
- Add the agents information to the entry spreadsheet here: Cruise Giveaway Entries.xlsx
- If the agent has the incorrect amount of additional bios displayed, send them the "Cruise Giveaway - Requirements Not Met"; Ticket Type - Marketing: Campaigns + Promotions; Ticket Status - Resolved
- If the agent responds to the ticket letting you know that they have updated their account, please start at step 1 and follow the process accordingly.
