Additional Bio Cruise Entry Tickets

When you receive a Cruise Giveaway Entry ticket, follow the process below:

**An official giveaway entry has to have "Additional Bio Cruise" as the subject line and it may or may not have any information in the body of the email**

  1. Send a message to Abhinay, Amy, or Mariah with the agents email address asking them to check the number of displayed additional bios on their Agent Profiler.
  2. If the agent has the correct amount of additional bios displayed, send them the "Cruise Giveaway Entry Response" canned response; Ticket Type - Marketing: Campaigns + Promotions; Ticket Status - Resolved
  3. Add the agents information to the entry spreadsheet here: Cruise Giveaway Entries.xlsx 
  4. If the agent has the incorrect amount of additional bios displayed, send them the "Cruise Giveaway - Requirements Not Met"; Ticket Type - Marketing: Campaigns + Promotions; Ticket Status - Resolved
  5. If the agent responds to the ticket letting you know that they have updated their account, please start at step 1 and follow the process accordingly.
