Adding Travel Partner to Commission Manager-DO NOT USE UNDER REVIEW

  1. Log into TRAMS 
  2. Click Profile 
  3. Click Query 
  4. Search for the travel partner first to see if they are already in there if not, follow next steps, if so go to step ...
  5. Click profile
  6. Click new
  7. Click Vendor

  9. New Window pops open 
  10. Type the name of the supplier in the Profile Name field 
  11. Add Interface ID – A shortened version of their name 
  12. Click Group TAB 
    1. Type "GRASP" into the text box
    2. Click Add 
    3. Once you Click Add the Group drops down into the Group Area 
    4. Click OK



  13. Click Marketing tab 
    1. Click Drop Down under Travel Categories and choose the category specific to the Vendor. 


  14. Click ok
  15. Reply to agent with canned response “Vendor Added”
